7 Day Trip in the Mountain Province: Batad – Sagada – Baguio

I never thought spontaneous trips are going to be this awesome, I am always doing a lot of planning every time I travel, but ever since I met this awesome guy (photo below), most of our trips are just spontaneous, “be prepared for the unexpected” as he always say. 

Breakfast in Banaue

PART 1: Travel Guide: Batad (Banuae, Ifugao) Philippines

One night, we just went to the mall, bought a jacket then head straight to the bus station and bought a ticket going to Banaue.

PART 2: Travel Guide: Sagada, Mt. Province, Philippines

I was actually having a hard time pulling money from my purse to pay for the jeepney fare, when it’s time for us to say “para!” in front of a restaurant for breakfast, hence we ended up getting off at the jeepney terminal. When we got off the jeepney, a tourist from Belgium approached us, he was there with his friend for about 2 hours waiting for a transportation going to Sagada. He already gathered other tourists to make the van full so that we could get to Sagada right away. We skipped breakfast and just go with them.

PART 3: Experience Baguio in less than 24 hours!

The trip from Sagada to Manila is about 12-13hours so we decided to stop over to Baguio for a night. During our bus trip to Baguio from Sagada, we met some tourists and the rest was unforgettable.
